Sometimes I just stand back and wonder at what is going on in society. It is like I am not a part of it and I do not really want to be, or even need to be. I have my friends, volunteer at a care home, seem blessed in so many ways. I am not part of the rat race that modern society has become. Sometimes I find myself waxing nostalgic about earlier decades, when life seemed somuch simpler.
Hi Enelya, what an interesting blog! I popped by to say that you got it right when you commented on my blog about my embroidery - it is a weirwood tree with ravens! But you are a no-reply blogger so I couldn't reply to your comment. If you include your email address in your google account then other bloggers will be able to reply to your comments (and we all like to reply!). Anyway well done - you are only one to get it right. I am totally obsessed by those books!
ReplyDeleteThank you for popping by and the tip. I am starting to get inspired to kick off this blog again..it has been a while

ps. I agree with your post, it seems the world is just a crazy place. What can we do but keep on with our smaller lives, doing our best?
Also, I loved your post on Izzy. Our animals are just like our children, and it's always painful to see them suffer and to lose them. I hope time, and knowing he is pain free and happy now, makes it a little easier.
